COVID-19 Park Use & Meal Site Update

Our latest step to slow the spread of COVID-19 and address the community’s concern of safe social distancing is the removal of city-operated basketball rims and tennis nets.We know that many of our park users may find it disappointing, but it is important that Baltimore City Recreation and Parks play our role in keeping our communities healthy and safe. Our parks and trails remain open at this time to be enjoyed in groups less than 10 and six feet apart at all times.

In response to COVID-19 Baltimore City is providing grab-n-go meals to all Baltimore children and youth (18 and under) Saturday-Sunday, March 28-29. Grab-n-go breakfasts and lunches are available from 12PM-4PM, at 42 of our recreation centers citywide.
